A few months back, Mary Ann Underhill moved on to a new career, and we thank her for her many years of service. In the process, Kevin Wharton, who has worked in many capacities of our business and understands the entire business very well, joined our marketing team. Many of you have seen Kevin out and about the last few months. Kevin joins Jennifer Rascati covering our territories in Greater Louisville.
Kevin has spent time in our water damage and emergency services divisions. He’s developed and taught continuing education classes for our insurance agents, adjustors, and fire department contacts. Kevin has helped us with event planning, community involvement initiatives, and has been a jack of many trades. He’s even done things like establish our Google Places presence. We say this to let you know that Kevin has a very well-rounded understanding of our business and yours.
We are super excited about how this can move us forward in the future. Kevin understands technology, and plans to help us build our already great relationships. Some of the plans are to leverage email communications, social media, and our new and improved website to make doing business with Paul Davis Louisville even easier than it is right now. Sure we’ll always answer the phone, after all, we are in an emergency business. However, we know that in today’s climate, more and more of our customers and yours (agencies) are on the web. They are in conversations there every day. They are reading blogs, checking Facebook, getting news updates on Twitter, educating themselves about their options on forums and online communities, and following the companies and brands they trust.
We want to be leaders in this area, and Kevin and Jennifer are committed to helping us do just that.
